In-Person Group Class

$100-200

Price depends on group size and travel distance.

Number of students depends on space available in chosen location.

Add-on Options/ Examples:

  • Particular themes, such as that of the birthday or bachelorette party

  • Seasonal or nature-based offerings

  • Specific health or healing focuses of the group

  • Possible spiritual circles such as cacao or crafting ceremonies

Pre-Designed Series

$200 - $300

Online or In-person.

Classes can include 1-2 individuals online or up to 4 in-person

Price depends on number of participants. Additional fees may be added for travel time.

Series includes 4 classes around 1 hour long each, either twice a week for 2 weeks, or once a week for 4 weeks.

Curated Class-Pack

$600

4 classes designed specifically for you - where you’re at, what you’re looking for, what your needs are, and more. Each class is strategically planned for the most effective progression for you based on the questionarre you will fill out, as well as each check-in we will have before and after each class. These sessions will be around 1.5 hours long and can be scheduled as twice a week for two weeks or once a week for 4 weeks.

When the 4 sessions come to an end you will have the option to continue this trajectory with another pack of 4 curated classes, building off of previous progress made.

Additional fees may apply based on travel time.

If these options don’t suit you or you’re interested in something different, I am more than happy to accommodate whenever possible

  • If you feel like one or more sessions with Sparrow Slowga is was you’re being called to do at this time, but your finances are limited - I get it.

    I am very open to discussing other types of trade. What you can uniquely offer is worth as much as gold. Let’s talk and maybe you have a product, service, or something else you can provide that meets a need or desire I already have!

  • I love an adventure!

    I would be honored to hear about the retreat or special event you have planned and see if I may be able to fit into any part of it! Reach out with details on what you have in mind and how I might fill the desired role. As long as all travel/lodging/food expenses are covered, I would only require regular group pricing for each class taught.
