Before these lovely temperatures leave Texas, let’s take as many classes outdoors as we can! Riverside Nature Center has a beautiful garden trail filled with native plants and complete with the perfect covered space for this Autumn’s Flow & Glow with Sparrow Slowga.

This weekly class begins at 3:33pm on Thursdays, but students are encouraged to arrive early for walking meditation around the garden path.

After class, we’ll enjoy complimentary togetherness tea before departing for **dinnertime.

(Please bring your own mat if you have one, as extras are limited)
